Mori Girls – Odd, quirky cute.

March 24, 2010

The mori girls (森ガール) belong to a Japanese subculture. ‘Mori’ means forest in Japanese, and mori girls look like fairytale forest wanderers in their loose dresses, vintage prints and quaint accessories. Mori girls choose to live their lives on their own terms, stopping to appreciate the little things that others overlook amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Found out about this blog dedicated to Mori girls and this article in New York Times talking about ‘living dolls’ in the recent Japanese scene.

Lust comes with a price

March 17, 2010

I really like these shoes, imported from Korea, found on half-a-day blogshop.

They are really beautiful. But I’m cheapskate and a tad bit skeptical on buying shoes online. I wonder anyone knows where I can get similar shoes and try them on?

Monotone Men

March 24, 2009

As I struggle to find the perfect gray pants I came across these outfits which I added on my ‘I NEED TO HAVE THIS!!!’ list. I mean guys don’t have much of a choice and I am SO VERY sick of the usual…we don’t get that much to play, with like silhouettes, but maybe its for a good reason…anyway here’s what I thought was different, unique or cool~ Please ignore my love for black, white and gray, I am just crazy about them, it might be simple and safe, but also classic 🙂

And also to accompany it, MONOTONE ACCESSORIES

So that’s all of em’. Pictures taken from , you can actually get them there!
So that’s all from me, JT
